Late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, detached house. Squared and coursed stugged granite and dressings.
S ELEVATION: bays grouped towards centre; door to centre, windows flanking at ground, 3 windows at 1st floor close under eaves.
E AND W ELEVATIONS: 1st floor window to left of W gable with lean-to addition at ground. Wynd by E gable passing between No 10 and its neighbour to right.
Later 4-pane glazing pattern to small, sash and cash windows. Blue-grey slates to renewed roof, ashlar coped skews and stacks; thackstanes.
