Description

Earlier 19th century. Pair near contemporary similar and
adjoining 2-storey houses each with pilastered doorcase and
slate roof.
NO 13: (built first) 3 bays with central panelled door;
pebble-dashed with painted ashlar margins; eaves/lintel band;
cornice. Plate glass sashes.
NO 11: 3 + 1 asymmetrical (right) bay; stugged red courses,
painted margins; modern glazing and door; cut down stacks.
Both houses set behind low garden boundary wall.

Adjoins 1-12 Cumberland Terrace with which it shares a pend to E.
