Statement of Interest

Forming an integral and important part of the historic streetscape in Banff, this building is also notable for its former use as a cinema with an auditorium surviving to the rear. Entered at ground floor, the former 'Picture House' opened in 1937. See the Cinema Theatre Association website for further information about the cinema use.
