Description

Mid 19th century with substantial late 19th century re-modelling.

Dark whinstone with ashlar margins and dressings. Centre entrance with pilastered doorpiece and flanking late 19th century canted bay windows; late 19th century canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; plate glass and 4-pane timber sash and case glazings. Long and short angle quoins and deep ashlar eaves band.

End stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Doorpiece, eaves band and long and short quoins suggest that this house was constructed circa 1840-50 and remodelled later in the century.
