Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Harled, painted ashlar margins. Centre entrance with panelled door. Regular fenestration with ground and 1st floor window in return gable to Bellevue Road. Plate glass glazing to timber sash and case windows.

Flat skews with run-off moulded skewputts; coped end stacks; slate roof. Rear single storey wing.

REAR COURTYARD WALL: small courtyard bounded by house and harled rubble wall. Corner site with Bellevue Road.
