Description

Early Victorian. 2-storey detached villa with slight
asymmetry of treatment, coursed rubble with raised quoins and
raised margins with chamfer; end canted bays, that on left
higher than that on right, raised in piend; shouldered and
moulded centre doorpiece with key-block, consoled cornice
with low decorative iron balcony over, centre 1st window
shouldered and keyblocked, 2-window gable to Mine Road.
Slated roof. Original glazing. Simple distinctive treatment.
