Mid Victorian. Symmetrical 2-storey snecked rubble
semi-detached villa, same type at nos 43, 45 but simpler.
Slightly advanced ends with canted bay cavetto-corbelled to
square and gabled, centre gabled bipartite with continuous
decorative cast-iron balcony over, twin hood-moulded
doorpieces, stop-chamfered openings, crowstepped gabled with
finials. Slated roof.
