Mid Victorian. 2-storey and attic snecked rubble detached
villa semi-symmetrical. 3-window front slightly advanced
gabled ends canted bay through both floors cavetto-corbelled
to square and gabled on right, ground floor canted bay on
left with bipartite over 1 window recessed centre.
round-arched, hood-moulded doorpiece, wrought iron balcony
over; stop-chamfered openings, crow-stepped gables, finials,
slated roof. Small timber faced dormer at centre.
