Description

Later to late 19th century with minor alterations. 2-storey with basement and attic, 4-bay semidetached pair, with 3-storey gabled over bays and concave moulded doorcases. Polished ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, raised long and short quoins, band course, corniced windowheads and stone mullions.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Paired panelled doors with fanlights in bays at centre and bipartite windows in slightly advanced flanking bays, regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors, further small slate-hung dormer to right of centre.

4-pane and plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows, modern (aluminium) window to ground left (No 27). Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans, ashlar coped skews, skewputts and finials.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback coped boundary walls with modern cast-iron railings to S.
