Description

Later to late 19th century. 2-storey with basement, 4-bay semidetached pair. Polished ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, raised long and short quoins, band course and eaves course; architraved doorcases and stone mullions.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep-set panelled door with plate glass fanlight in bays to right and left of centre and windows above, flanked by full-height canted window with eaves cornice and blocking course below finialled gable.

4-pane and plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans, ashlar coped skews, skewputts and finials.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback coped rubble boundary walls to S.
