Description

Later to late 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Dressed ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, polished raised long and short quoins, eaves cornice and blocking course; stone mullions.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled door with plate glass fanlight at centre in round-headed doorway, architraved doorcase with keystone and cornice over foliate consoles and window above, full-height canted windows below finialled gables in flanking bays.

M-gabled to E and W.

Plate glass glazing in uPVC windows. Grey slates. Cavetto coped ashlar gablehead stacks with moulded cans, ashlar coped skews, skewputts and finials.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback coped rubble boundary walls to S.
