Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with shops at ground (altered). Ashlar with base course, cill courses at 1st and 2nd floor, eaves cornice, blocking course and raised margins.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: near symmetrical. Door off-centre with fanlight, modern shop fronts flanking both with deep modern fascia boards; regular 3-bay fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors.

Plate glass glazing in aluminium windows at 1st floor, uPVC windows at 2nd floor. Later flat roof with cavetto coped ashlar stack.
