Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay house in classical terrace. Dressed ashlar with rusticated quoins, base course and band course, eaves cornice and blocking course; architraved windows.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: Greek Doric columned doorpiece with entablature at centre, deep-set panelled door with letterbox fanlight; window above; windows to left at both floors and full height canted window to right; 19th century rooflight with canted piend-roofed, finialled dormers in flanking bays.
Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans, ashlar coped skews and cast-iron finials.
BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback coped boundary wall to S, coped rubble walls to N, E and W.
Nos 45-95 Kinghorn Road known formerly as Craigholm Crescent. Summer residence of Rev Dr Chalmers.
