Description

Dated 1876 with later additions. 1-storey and attic cottage. Brick with ashlar lintels and cills. Symmetrical south front with projecting gabletted porch, bargeboarded and finialled. Shield with date in gablet. Sash windows flanking. 2 upper windows raised through eaves and gabletted with bargeboards and finials. Lying-pane glazing to all windows. Piended slate roof with wide eaves and small triangular lucarne at centre. Slates to gablets of dormer and porch patterned. Brick side stacks with concave shoulders. NE brick corner stack with ashlar cornice. Symmetrical 1-window extensions with lean-to slate roofs.

Side wall of west extension of rubble as joins on to boundary wall.
