Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay house over basement. Rusticated ashlar basement; ashlar ground and 1st floors. Pilastered and corniced doorpiece with blocking course, panelled door and fanlight. Band course over ground floor 12-pane sashes. Eaves cornice and blocking course. Slate roof with brick end stacks and 2 small dormers. Ornate

scrolled railings flanking steps, spearhead to basement areas.
