Doocot has been renovated by Crail Preservation Society with work commencing once funds were raised in 2017. The previous cementitious render was removed and replaced with a hotlime mortar and limewash finish, several non original stones were removed from the roof and replaced with slates. The building is accessible for limited hours during daytime.
