Early 19th century, L plan range on corner of Duke Street and
Bank Street. Front to Duke Street, 2 storeys, 3 bay elevation
linked to gable end of single bay Bank Street elevation. Door
in gable end with modern glazed porch. Canted corner with
ground and 1st floor window. Stuccoed and lined as ashlar to
Duke Street, harled to Bank Street; painted margins. 12 pane
sashes; slate roof.
Nos 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 Duke Street form continuous terrace.
