Description

Early 19th century corner block. 2 storey and attic, Bank
Street and Duke Street elevations each 2 bay. Canted corner
with single window each floor. Door with 1 window at ground
and 1st floors to Bank and Duke Streets; 12-pane glazing,
shouldered, wallhead chimney; single piended dormer to Bank
Street. Slate roof. Cast-iron railings to Duke Street.
