1820-25. 2-storey with later attic, 4-bay pair houses with
some later shop window insertion at No 32A. Rubble, tooled
ashlar margins. Alternate window/door ground floor pattern
with panelled doors in both original entrances and 12-pane
glazing; modern shop with doorway at No 32A. Regular 4-window
pattern in 1st floor with 2-pane glazing; single late 19th
century canted dormer. End stacks; slate roof.
Numbered as 28 and 30 Seafield Street on OS.
Known to have been a saddlery in mid 19th century.
