Circa 1900. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house (1 of terraced pair). Rubble with contrasting painted pointing and long and short concrete dressings. Pedimented entrance at centre, flanking windows and canted dormers in outer bays. 4-pane glazing. Coped end and ridge stacks. Slate roof.
