Description

Circa 1910. Single storey and attic, pair 3-bay houses.
Rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and long and
short dressings. Centre corniced entrances with panelled
doors; all ground floor openings with chamfered jambs and
lintels; canted dormers in outer bays. Coped end stacks;
slate roofs.
No 10: 2-pane glazing to all lower sashes, single pane to
upper.
No 12: multi-pane glazing in upper sashes. Additional narrow
2-bay extension links house with No 14 Seafield Street.
