Circa 1910. Single storey, 3-bay house. Rubble frontage with
contrasting painted joints and long and short concrete
dressings. Centre corniced entrance with panelled door and
flanking bipartites. Chamfered segmental-headed lintels to
all ground floor openings; canted wallhead dormers in outer
bays; 2- and 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
Entrance to rear of house at N closed by pair decorative
cast-iron gates and single pedestrian gate.
