Built 1847 for Edinburgh and Northern Railway, as railway -goods shed. At ground level, a long arcade of cart openings, part only single storey, part with 3 further storeys above with flat-lintelled single windows in regular bays (5 x 2 bays in composition). 6-pane glazing, mostly surviving gabled slate roof; rubble, ashlar dressing.
