Description

Early 19th century, 3-storey and attic 4 wide bays; rendered
and lined as ashlar frontage, white washed rubble gable to
Forge Street; contrasting painted ground floor. Corniced
centre door with moulded architrave, 2 flanking windows left
and single window and door in outer bay to right. Enlarged
ground floor windows, also 2 centre 1st floor windows enlarged
as bipartites. 12-pane glazing; 2-piended dormers with 6-pane
glazing; centre stepped wallhead and corniced end stacks;
slate roof. 2 rear wings; 1 fronting Forge Street, and 1
parallel with tripartite in 1st floor.
