Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey and raised basement, symmetrical
3-bay classical house. Coursed, squared rubble, ashlar
dressings, rusticated quoins and plain margins. N, W and E
elevations rendered and lined as ashlar. 12-pane glazing
pattern. Ionic doorpiece approached by flight of steps with
wrought-iron railings. Recessed door with decorative
fanlight. Tall central stair window to rear. End stacks,
piended slate roof.
INTERIOR: Curved staircase with cast-iron, balustrade and
timber rail. Arch in entrance vestibule. Panelling below
dado level.
Rubble retaining wall with ashlar coping, railings and gate.
