Description

Mid 18th century. 3-storey, symmetrical 4-bay tenement. Shop
at ground, modern, to right. Coursed bull-nosed rendering;
plain stone margins; raised cills on corbels at 2nd floor.
Central wallhead stack. Rusticated and painted, pedimented
Gibbsian doorpiece to pend. Plate glass sash windows.
Rendered at rear with projecting stairwell to no. 61, rounded
at left angle; winding stone stair within, cast-iron
balustrade and timber rail.
