Description

McCulploch and Jamieson, 1885. 4-storey tenement on corner site, coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. Windows margined, ground floor pilasters and band course, 3rd floor cill course. Elevation to Baxter Park Terrace: symmetrical 7-bay with centre slightly advanced bipartites. Twin and single doorpieces to sides. Endbays canted, with 1st and 2nd floor segmental and triangular pediments, that to right 4-light with steep facetted slate roof and wrought-iron finial.

Slate roof. Shouldered wallhead stacks, 1 T-plan. Windows sash and case, some with original coloured glass 9-pane upper cases.

Low coped boundary walls and square ashlar gatepiers. Railings missing.
