Description

W W Friskin, for himself, circa 1935, 2-storey brick-built
harled cube with brick base and projecting brick courses
beneath eaves.
W elevation ground floor off-centre triple light. Roundel
to left. 2 tripartites over. Small single lights to S
elevation.
N elevation: entrance with roll-moulded ashlar surround
in re-entrant angle of advanced bay. 1st floor triple light
and flat roof. E elevation: 1st floor cantilevered balcony
with modern railings in NE re-entrant angle.
Steep piended slate roof meets at central ridge stack.
Sash and case windows.
Low brick walls, inventive wrought-iron and tubular steel
railing and gates.
