Description

Style of Mills and Shepherd, circa 1906, 1-storey and
attic harled cottage with overhanging eaves.
S elevation asymmetrical 5-bay. 2 bays advanced to right
with battered wallhead stack. Middle parts of windows
bowed. Flat-roof over central garden entrance and
conservatory with diagonally-sited rectangular bay.
5-light bow to left beneath boldly projecting eaves. 2
flat-roofed dormers.
W elevation battered shouldered wallhead stack with
4-light rectangular bay to left beneath catslide roof. Set
back bipartite to left. Flat-roofed dormer. Canted bay
to E elevation.
Piended tiled roofs, weather-vane finial (top missing).
Tall harled stacks with pronounced batter and tiled caps.
Casement windows, small-paned, some leaded glass.

Statement of Interest

Hazelhall, 385 Perth Road has been demolished. Several

houses have been built in the grounds.
