Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey, 3-bay villa, with simple Italianate
detailing.
Coursed rubble with painted ashlar dressings. Arched
pilastered entrance in attached side porch with bracketted
eaves and piended roof fronting single storey office wing.
2-storey, 3-bay front; windows in architraves with
corbelled cills and at ground floor, cornices, balcony at
centre of 1st floor, cast-iron brattishing removed.
Bracketted eaves, wallhead stacks and piended slate roof.
Low boundary walls.
