Description

Circa 1820. 2-storey basement and attic villa, ashlar
fronted. 5-window with Doric-columned doorpiece
in 3-window bowed centre, 2 windows flanking door and
1 above blind, breaking eaves with crenellated parapet,
inset attic window and chimney cans. Single windows
to each side with cill-level band courses, main cornice
and blocking course. Piended platformed slate roof,
end stacks. Sash and case windows, mainly 12-pane
glazing pattern.
Low rubble-built boundary walls.
