Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey, 3-bay ashlar villa. Centre engaged
Doric-columned doorpiece. Advanced bay to left with
ground floor canted window. Tripartite to right,
single windows in architraves at 1st. Main cornice and
blocking course. Piended slate roof. Paired Jacobean
ridge stacks. Sash and case windows, original glazing
pattern. Curious free-standing pair of cast-iron
electric light fittings in garden.
