Description

David Neave, circa 1815. 2-storey, 3-bay detached

classically detailed house, ashlar front, rubble sides

and rear. Central Ionic pilastered and pedimented doorpiece with rectangular fanlight. Sash and case windows in

architraves, corniced at ground floor. 8-pane glazing

pattern, 2 large end wallhead stacks. Piended slate

roof. Panelled window shutters.

Wrought-iron railings set out low retaining wall to

front. Interior gutted 1986.
