Description

Earlier 19th century. 4-storey and attic, 3-bay tenemental building with shops to ground floor. Sandstone ashlar, cement dressings, slate roof. Corniced ground floor, corniced blocking course; 1st floor windows formerly architraved and corniced now cut-back and cement rendered, architraved windows to 2nd floor, margined to 3rd, canted dormers, original 12-pane timber sash and case glazing to 3rd floor and dormers, 2-pane to 2nd floor, 2-pane over single pane to 1st floor; ridge stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION: close door to centre flanked by 2 altered shopfronts; 3 windows to each upper floor, 2 dormers.

INTERIOR: not seen.
