Description

Possibly Samuel Bell, circa 1790. 3-storey and basement
3-bay rubble-built tenement.
N elevation: ground floor round-headed fan-lit entrance,
with rusticated raised and sunken quoins. Venetian window
over, fanlit arch formerly similarly detailed, and 2nd
floor tripartite. Flanking single windows, margins recently
added.
4-storey, 3-bay rear with modern stair tower to right.
Rear and sides now harled. Slate roof with skewputt gables.
W stack harled brick. Interior modernised.
