Description

Circa 1800. Extensively refurbished. 2-storey and attic, 9-bayed flatted block. Rubble masonry, irregualar long and short dressings, slate roof brick, harl and stone stacks. Modern 2-pane top-hinged timber windows. 6 windows, 3 doors and close at ground floor; 9 windows at 1st floor; 6 piended dormers; mutual off-centre skew with square skewputt, further mutual skew at right; 4 ridge stacks.

Statement of Interest

Ivory map shows buildings on this site in 1801. Listed inspite of extensive refurbishment; re-instatement of doors and windows in suitable style would complement the entire block (57, 79-85, and 89 Fisher Street).
