Description

Early 19th century, with later shopfront. 2-storey 3-bay house with shop at ground in stepped terrace. Rendered with ashlar dressings. Base course; quoin strips; painted margins. Ionic columned doorpiece with cornice and blocking course at centre; rectangular fanlight, modern door. To right, 3-bay corniced shopfront with flanking pilasters; deep-set door at centre with plate glass windows to right. To left, enlarged plate glass window. Windows to all bays at 1st floor.

Timber framed 2-pane windows; 4-pane sash and case to centre at 1st floor. Grey slates; rebuilt brick stacks; ashlar skew. Decorative cast-iron rainwaterhead.
