Description

Early 19th century, probably incorporating older fabric. 2-storey

and attic 3-bay terraced house. Harled rubble sandstone; ashlar margins. Modern panelled door at centre with window adjoining to right. Larger window to right bay at ground. Segmental-headed dormer to right. Rear elevation with projecting bowed staircase tower.

Timber sash and case windows; 4- and 16-pane at ground, 12-pane above. Brick stacks, grey slates, ashlar coped skews.

Statement of Interest

B Group with the continuous range of Nos 29-39 (see separate listings), with particular interest in bowed stair to rear.
