Earlier 19th century, probably incorporating older fabric. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay terraced house. Rubble sandstone; pebble-dashed to front, harled to rear; ashlar cills. Door at entre with letterbox fanlight; windows at ground displaced out. Pair of piend-roofed dormers. 2-bay rear elevation projecting at ground.
Timber sash and case windows; plate glass at ground, 12-pane to 1st floor. Early red brick stacks, grey slates, ashlar coped skews.
B Group with the continuous range of Nos 29-39 (see separate listings). The original feu dates from 1623, and the house was sold as semi-ruinous in the 1820s.
