Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay terraced house. Coursed cream sandstone with ashlar dressings. Base course; quoin strips; dentilled eaves. Regular fenestration; raised margins; consoled cills at 1st floor. Tuscan Doric pilastered doorpiece with modillioned cornice; deep-set panelled door with 8-pane rectangular fanlight. Centre window at 1st floor blind.

3-bay irregular rear elevation with drum stairtower at centre.

Timber sash and case plate glass windows (4-pane to rear). Grey slates; ashlar coped eaves; brick stacks on ashlar bases.
