Description

18th century, refronted. 2-storey 4-bay terraced house. Cement render lined as ashlar facade; base course; raised margins; regular fenestration. At ground, modern door to inner left bay; boarded service door to right bay. Smaller windows to 1st floor. Blank sandstone gable end to E, abutted by single storey wing of No 14.

Rear elevation unseen.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Ashlar coped mutual skews; red brick stacks. Steeply pitched roof with 3 large velux rooflights; grey slates.
