Earlier 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey and attic 3-bay end of terrace house. Rendered, lined as ashlar and painted. Panelled door at centre with letterbox fanlight; regular fenestration. Pair of piend-roofed dormers with glazed sides. Blank harled end gable.
8-pane timber sash and case windows (4-pane to dormers). Ashlar coped skews; grey slates; rebuilt brick stack to end gable, rendered old brick mutual stack.
Contributes to the group of Nos 30-40 Newtown Street.
