Circa 1825. Small, classically detailed, former chapel. Cream stugged sandstone ashlar with polished dressings. Gable end to street; gablehead as open pediment with squared apex containing framed date panel MDCCCXXV (?) above round-headed window; obscured at ground by later rendered flat-roofed lobby, inserted between screen walls, with round-headed doorway at centre and window to left. Blank rubble sides.
Grey slates; ashlar coped skews.
INTERIOR: unseen 1993.
Has been used as a Public Conveniences, but now a builder's store. The building is of considerable historical interest, and has good potential for restoration.
