Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage part of range of Middle Norton farm cottages, extended to rear and side. Coursed whinstone with droved sandstone margins and quoins. Raised cills.
N ELEVATION: originally main elevation, former door at centre now blocked as window.
W ELEVATION: rubble gable with window to outer right. Lower 3-bay addition to right of gable, now main entrance, comprised of door at centre with flanking windows.
Plate glass sash and case windows. Regular rubberoid slates; ashlar coping to skews; coped sandstone gablehead stacks.
