E ELEVATION: central 4-panelled door with 2-pane strip fanlight and small timber pediment above, simple bracketed doorpiece over. Windows flanking at ground floor, 2 windows at 1st floor in outer bays, wings each with single window at ground floor. Blind gable ends to N and S. All glazing modern, 2-pane tilt windows. Red pantiles, ashlar coped skews, square central stack to house, harled with simple ashlar cope. Rubble coped rubble walls to rear garden.

Similar to school and schoolhouse at Mid-Calder by Gillespie Graham.
