1851-52. 3-storey astylar classic 9-window flatted
block, ground floor built out as shops on either side of
central rusticated doorpiece, 1st floor windows
architraved and corniced with consoled cills breaking
forward from cill course, cornice and plain parapet,
high quality execution and detail.
