Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house, now public house with single storey 2-bay cottage adjoining at rear and single storey modern flat-roofed addition to N gable. Rendered and lined with raised and painted ashlar margins.

E DRUM STREET ELEVATION: doorway to centre, modern door with strip fanlight above. Windows flanking at ground floor; all ground floor windows have modern security grilles. 3 windows at 1st floor with plate glass sashes (adhesive astragals). Modern addition with

2 windows to street.

S GABLE: window at ground floor. Grey slates, ashlar coped skews, broad ashlar coped, harled stacks.

Single storey, 2-bay cottage: adjoining at rear to Ravenscroft Street with door to left with strip fanlight over, window to right. Red pantiles with slate eaves easing course, harled end stack.
