Description

1812. Single storey, 3-bay, symmetrical, classical house; single storey wing to N. Lightly stugged, painted sandstone ashlar; rubble to sides and rear. Base course; cornice and blocking course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway with panelled door and plate glass fanlight; bracketed, corniced doorpiece breaking eaves; single windows in bays to outer left and right. Panelled door to single storey wing.

4-pane, timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof with 3-light canted dormers; tall, coped, ridge stack and wallhead stacks with moulded octagonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coped rubble boundary wall to street.
