Description

Building circa 1815. Surviving pair of 3 main door and
common stair 4-storey tenements, surviving frontage
18-window. Rubble-built basement with railed area,
rusticated ground floor, droved ashlar above with polished
ashlar apron band between 1st floor belt and cill courses,
modillioned cornice.

B group with Hill Square

Formed the S side of the Hill Square scheme. Of nos 12-14

and 22-28 Richmond Place 2 bays of the ground floor and

one of the first floor remain.
