Description

Circa 1835. 3, 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical classical houses forming an incomplete terrace; No 1 advanced. Cream sandstone ashlar; rusticated at ground floor to principal elevation; rubble to sides and rear. Base course; dividing band course; cornice; blocking course, raised at centre to No 1; panelled aprons to 1st floor windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorways to outer left of each house; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights to Nos 2 and 3, small-paned, geometric fanlight to No 1; single windows above. Single windows in all remaining bays.

12-pane, timber, sash and case windows. Coped, mutual and wallhead stacks; moulded cans.

INTERIORS: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low, coped boundary wall to street; predominantly replacement railings with some original sections between houses.
